Roles & Responsibilities
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and senior management.
Coordinate with authorized travel partners for flights, hotels, visas, and transport.
Ensure every booking complies with company travel policy, approval levels, and budget.
Prepare, update, and maintain travel data for MIS and expense tracking.
Liaise with travel vendors for billing, invoices, credit notes, and reconciliation.
Assist employees with itinerary planning, flight rescheduling, and emergency travel needs.
Daily Work
Receive travel requests through email, internal systems, or travel portals.
Verify approvals and initiate bookings with the travel agency.
Share multiple travel options and issue final tickets, hotel vouchers, and itineraries.
Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly travel reports for the HR/Admin department.
Skills Required
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Good understanding of domestic and international travel booking procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and travel management platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage urgent or last-minute travel changes.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Added Advantage
Experience managing corporate travel desks in MNCs or large organizations.
Familiarity with expense management tools such as SAP Concur, Zoho Expense, or SAP-Ariba.
Understanding of vendor billing cycles and corporate travel policies.
Ability to work closely with employees, managers, and external travel vendors efficiently.
