Roles & Responsibilities
Escort domestic and international groups during tours.
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local guides at the destination.
Manage check-ins, meals, sightseeing timings, and day-to-day schedules.
Handle emergencies, itinerary changes, and traveler complaints.
Ensure smooth communication between travelers, suppliers, and operations.
Maintain group headcount, documents, vouchers, and expense records.
Daily Work
Meet the group at the airport, station, or hotel.
Brief travelers about tour details, rules, and safety guidelines.
Oversee daily logistics and destination activities.
Provide updates and feedback to the operations team.
Resolve on-the-spot issues such as delays, cancellations, or medical needs.
Skills Required
