Roles & Responsibilities

  • Escort domestic and international groups during tours.

  • Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local guides at the destination.

  • Manage check-ins, meals, sightseeing timings, and day-to-day schedules.

  • Handle emergencies, itinerary changes, and traveler complaints.

  • Ensure smooth communication between travelers, suppliers, and operations.

  • Maintain group headcount, documents, vouchers, and expense records.

Daily Work

  • Meet the group at the airport, station, or hotel.

  • Brief travelers about tour details, rules, and safety guidelines.

  • Oversee daily logistics and destination activities.

  • Provide updates and feedback to the operations team.

  • Resolve on-the-spot issues such as delays, cancellations, or medical needs.

Skills Required
