Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recommend the right policy based on destination, travel duration, age, and visa guidelines.

  • Generate quotes and issue policies through authorized insurer portals.

  • Verify traveler details before policy issuance to avoid errors or rejections.

  • Coordinate with visa or sales teams for timely policy delivery.

  • Maintain records of issued, renewed, and canceled policies.

  • Stay updated on insurer rules, coverage benefits, and premium changes.

Daily Work

  • Receive insurance requests from travel or visa departments.

  • Compare plans from multiple insurers for best coverage and pricing.

  • Issue accurate travel insurance certificates.

  • Share digital copies with the respective internal departments.

  • Update daily issuance logs and reports for review.

Skills Required

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Understanding of basic travel insurance terms and claim procedures.
