Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate travel and event inquiries for domestic and international MICE projects.

  • Understand client requirements for travel, venue selection, activities, and event structure.

  • Prepare complete proposals including hotels, flights, transfers, venues, and experience add-ons.

  • Coordinate with operations, vendors, and destination partners for arrangements.

  • Oversee on-ground execution and ensure smooth movement of groups.

  • Maintain project-wise budgets, records, and final reports.

Daily Work

  • Handle calls/emails related to meetings, events, group travel, and conferences.

  • Create customized group itineraries and proposals.

  • Coordinate internally for reservations, logistics, and documentation.

  • Align hotels, transporters, and venues with itinerary requirements.

  • Monitor group travel, departures, and handle last-minute changes.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organization and multitasking ability.

  • Understanding of corporate travel, group operations, and event logistics.
