Roles & Responsibilities
Handle client requests for foreign currency, travel cards, and international remittances.
Verify required KYC documents such as passport, visa, and travel tickets.
Provide exchange rates and guide customers on currency conversions.
Coordinate with banks or authorized forex vendors for currency supply and fund transfers.
Maintain accurate records of all forex transactions for audits.
Assist clients with travel card reloads, encashment, and related queries.
Daily Work
Attend customer queries related to forex, remittance, or travel cards.
Prepare and verify forex request forms as per guidelines.
Check and update daily live currency rates.
Coordinate with accounts for payment verification and receipts.
Maintain daily forex sales and purchase logs for compliance.
Skills Required
Strong numerical ability and analytical skills.
Understanding of RBI/FEMA rules for foreign exchange.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
Added Advantage
Experience in a travel agency or authorized forex firm.
Certifications in forex, finance, or banking.
Knowledge of travel card procedures and remittance systems.
Ability to manage both corporate and retail forex requirements efficiently.
