Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel services for corporate clients.
Understand company travel policies, budgets, and approval workflows.
Book flights, hotels, ground transport, and special travel requirements.
Coordinate with ticketing, visa, insurance, and MICE teams.
Maintain accurate client profiles and billing details.
Handle VIP bookings, urgent travel needs, and last-minute changes.
Prepare travel expense summaries and ensure policy compliance.
Daily Work
Attend calls and emails from corporate clients for travel support.
Coordinate with internal teams for ticketing, visas, and documentation.
Share travel options and finalize bookings within budget.
Maintain vendor tie-ups for competitive corporate rates.
Track ongoing trips and assist during delays or emergencies.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational ability.
Knowledge of domestic & international travel procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, GDS, and corporate booking tools.
Crisis handling and quick problem-solving skills.
