  • Maintain accurate client profiles and billing details.

  • Prepare travel expense summaries and ensure policy compliance.

Daily Work

  • Attend calls and emails from corporate clients for travel support.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for ticketing, visas, and documentation.

  • Share travel options and finalize bookings within budget.

  • Maintain vendor tie-ups for competitive corporate rates.

  • Track ongoing trips and assist during delays or emergencies.
