Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy All participants are required to register in advance for the Online Class Demo or any Travind Institute course through the official website or authorized channels. Demo class bookings will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp after successful registration. Seats for each session are limited and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must provide accurate contact information (name, email, and mobile number) during booking to receive joining details. Travind Institute reserves the right to reschedule or modify the demo timing in case of technical or operational needs, with prior notice to all registered participants. 2. Cancellation Policy Participants who are unable to attend the scheduled demo class are encouraged to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made through the confirmation link or by contacting Travind Institute’s support team via email at [info@travindinstitute.com ]. In case of non-attendance without prior notice, Travind reserves the right to restrict participation in future free sessions. If a paid course booking is canceled before the batch starts, refund eligibility (if applicable) will follow Travind’s standard refund policy outlined in the enrollment terms. Travind Institute may cancel or postpone sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or instructor unavailability; in such cases, participants will be notified and rescheduled at no additional cost. 3. Waitlist Policy If a demo or course batch reaches full capacity, additional registrations will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted candidates will receive priority notification when a new session or slot becomes available. In case of cancellations or no-shows, waitlisted participants may be invited to join the current session in order of registration. Travind Institute does not charge any fee for waitlist registration for demo classes. Participants are encouraged to confirm promptly once offered a waitlist slot to secure their participation. Note: All policies are designed to ensure fairness, smooth scheduling, and an optimal learning experience for every participant. Travind Institute continually reviews its administrative and student policies to align with professional education standards and digital learning best practices.
